To make noip2 service automatically update with your latest IP, add a crontab entry for root:

0 */5 * * * /sbin/service noip restart

The noip2 service will be restarted every 5 minutes. When the service is restarted, it will check your latest IP address and update the DNS record with no-ip.com .
