Feature Test Macro Requirements for glibc (see feature_test_macros(7)):
_ISOC99_SOURCE || _POSIX_C_SOURCE >= 200112L

DESCRIPTIONThese functions return the hyperbolic tangent of x, which is defined mathematically as:
tanh(x) = sinh(x) / cosh(x)
RETURN VALUEOn success, these functions return the hyperbolic tangent of x.
If x is a NaN, a NaN is returned.
If x is +0 (-0), +0 (-0) is returned.
If x is positive infinity (negative infinity), +1 (-1) is returned.
ERRORSNo errors occur.
ATTRIBUTESFor an explanation of the terms used in this section, see attributes(7).

CONFORMING TOC99, POSIX.1-2001, POSIX.1-2008.
