How to unlock a locked SSH terminal accidentally by ctrl-s on Linux?

I find I sometimes lock the SSH terminal accidentally by ctrl-s on Linux. How to unlock/unfreeze it?

Ctrl-s: lock the SSH terminal.

Ctrl-q: unlock the SSH terminal.
