Where are the Start menu files actually stored in Windows 10?
There are two folders for the startup menu for Windows:
Per-user Start menu:
%userprofile%AppDataRoamingMicrosoftWindowsStart Menu
All user’s Start menu:
%programdata%MicrosoftWindowsStart Menu
