DOUBLE PRECISION function dznrm2 (integerN, complex*16, dimension(*)X, integerINCX)
DZNRM2 Purpose:DZNRM2 returns the euclidean norm of a vector via the function
name, so that
DZNRM2 := sqrt( x**H*x )
