DESCRIPTION
Converts fixed point to floating point. Example:
float result;
/* This will put 33.33333 into `result'. */
result = fixtof(itofix(100) / 3);
/* This will put 16.66666 into `result'. */
result = fixtof(itofix(100) / 6);
